All Residents, Business Owners and Property Owners in the communities of Allied Gardens, Del Cerro, Grantville and San Carlos are eligible to vote in the election of the board of directors.
The Election will be held beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Temple Emanu-el, 6299 Capri Drive, San Diego, CA 92120
